I used these practice tests while getting ready for my certification, and overall they were helpful. For me, the biggest value was getting a feel for the question style and figuring out which topics I needed to review more. A few sections did seem a bit outdated, so I wouldn’t rely on it as my only study resource, but I still think it’s a useful tool for cert prep.

I don’t like being harsh, because everyone deserves a fair chance, but the instructor really seemed unsure of the material. It made the class frustrating because I expected at least a basic level of guidance and preparation.

I tried buying an ebook on InformIT, and the checkout process was more annoying than I expected. The pages were loading slowly, then it kicked me back and made me re-enter my billing info, which immediately made me a little suspicious about whether the site had actually saved something or was about to charge me twice.
The order did eventually go through, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth. The confirmation email also took a while to show up, so I was sitting there wondering if I’d been charged without actually getting the book. It worked out in the end, but the whole thing felt frustrating and not especially reassuring

I thought the prices were fair, especially after checking a few other tech book sites. The checkout was simple, and I didn’t run into any "surprise" extra fees, which I really appreciated.

I was hoping this would go deeper but most of the chapters felt surface level. The examples were okay but they seemed to skip over the harder parts I actually needed help with...

I wrote back and then got passed around, which was frustrating. Still no clear answer, no real refund info, nothing. Maybe the books themselves are fine, but after dealing with support like this... I don’t really feel like using InformIT again.

I tried using informit.com on my phone, it put me in a bad mood fast. The pages loaded weird, the buttons were way too tiny, and I kept having to zoom in just to do simple stuff. I only wanted to read something, but the whole thing ended up feeling way more frustrating than it should have

I’ve been looking for tech topics that feel relevant, and this pretty much hit the mark. The topics are good, like, actually useful and in the right area for what I needed. Some parts did feel a little dry, not gonna lie, but overall I’m glad I found it.

The courses themselves are good, like I’m actually learning stuff, but the video player gets on my nerves sometimes. It’ll buffer randomly, and I’m just sitting there waiting, even though my internet is totally fine on everything else. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah, it does break the flow a bit...

I’ve used a few ebook apps before, and this one is easy to read compared to some others I’ve tried. The layout feels comfortable and I didn’t have any trouble getting through my books. My only real complaint is the search feature, it works, but it’s not as smooth or helpful as I’d like.

I’ve bought a few ebooks from informit, the books themselves are solid. I can’t really complain about the content. The only thing that bugs me is the DRM setup, it makes reading across my devices more awkward than it should be. It’s not a dealbreaker, and I’ll probably still use them, but I do wish the whole process was easier.

But overall, it’s not frustrating or confusing, and I can usually find my courses or books without much hassle.

I’ve had issues logging into my InformIT account more than once now, and I regret not realizing how frustrating the account access would be. The password reset emails took a while to show up, and the site kept sending me in circles instead of actually letting me back in. The books themselves are fine, but the login process really needs some work.

I expected a bit more from informit.com. The content just felt kind of dated and surface-level in a lot of places. I kept landing on pages that were either way too basic or clearly hadn’t been updated enough to be all that useful.
Some topics seemed promising at first, but then I’d click through and there just wasn’t much there. For the time and money, yeah, I don’t think I’d bother using it again

I’ve tried downloading a few times now and it just never works right. It keeps failing for no clear reason, whoever runs this needs to fix it because it’s really frustrating.

I asked for a refund the whole thing just put me in a bad mood. It felt like no one really wanted to help, and the replies were slow and kind of unclear. I kept having to chase them just to get a straight answer. Really not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d buy from InformIT again.

The search made things really easy. I found what I needed quickly without having to dig around forever, and I appreciate that. It feels like the right way to design something, simple, useful, and respectful of people’s time.

I paid for the monthly subscription and barely found anything useful. What made it more frustrating was that the terms seemed to change after I signed up, which just left a bad taste. For the price, I expected a lot more

So... the site was really slow for me, to the point where it got annoying.
Pages took forever to load, and a couple of times I clicked on a book and it either just hung there or opened to a blank page. When I tried to check out, the cart timed out twice, which was even more frustrating.

I eventually gave up and bought what I needed somewhere else. It’s a pain when you’re just trying to quickly download or buy a book and the whole process keeps freezing...
